It's actually pretty straightforward - and you probably already know the answer....!

✅ Consistency is the key! 🔑


The workout that you do when you're tired ... the class you nearly cancel because you're too busy, but you go anyway ... the sofa calling when it's cold or wet out, but you get your trainers on and push yourself out the door .... we have all been there!


I know I speak for my whole team of instructors when I say that occasionally it's really, really challenging to show up to teach class, for one reason or another - but we have to show up or let people down. Those are the days / nights where we might deliver one of our best classes and ALWAYS come home feeling great! Were YOU in that class, after struggling to get yourself there? I bet you felt good after too!


Fitness is not about a massive "go hard, go home" campaign! It's sometimes just about showing up and getting through it.

Absolutely agree – consistency beats intensity every time. Showing up on the days you don't feel like it is what really builds progress. Great reminder for anyone on a fitness journey. hippodromeonline
