Aerobathon '25 - The Update!

So we had a cardboard Tracey, and a delayed Kelly, but the show went on! And it went on with BELLS on!

Videos and pics will appear on the website and my socials over the weekend, but here was a little taster pic courtesy of the wonderful Payley Photography!

• So far, we have hit more than £5K for The Brain Tumour Charity - this is HUGE!!!!

• Living On Bereavement Service made a staggering £500 on CAKES alone! Seriously guys, we must have been on a serious sugar rollercoaster for Sunday!!! Amazing.

Our charities are so so grateful, and as most of you know, our special Aerobathon fundraiser was for our Em and hubby Dave ... who took two buses to the venue and slid in at the back of the hall just in time to see wifey in action! Her face was a picture! 🥹

Proceeds will fully go to The Brain Tumour Charity - we have a NordicTrak Elliptical Trainer available - model and pics here, with dimensions. We will remove it from our class members house, and it can be collected from my house in the Crofton area.

The machine is in great condition, and a nominal amount would be totally fine. Please message me fran@flinsfitness.co.uk or WA me 07976 412027 as soon as possible!

STRETCH & SOUND - THIS Friday at 7pm!

Yup, a little under the radar due to the other stuff going on! It's happening though!

The wonderful Stretch & Sound event run by Tracey (not the cardboard version ....) will be this Friday 10th October, at Tubbenden. All class passes are valid, book on here:
