....And yes, the tweaks are here ha! Here's what's changed:


  • 😃🎥NEW CLASS Thur 6.45pm - Pilates ONLINE with Fran / Emma - already proving to be a popular time online after trialling last week 🙌🏼

  • 😃🏫NEW CLASS Total Body Lite with Emma at Westcombe Park - A low impact, light cardio, weights / bands session, focused on heart, muscle & bone health. There will be a 20 minute core strength, back health & relax session as part of this class - especially suitable for beginners, post natal, post injury, or those returning to exercise after a long break!

  • 👀👀 Watch out for an evening Total Body Lite coming soon, starting with a "Preview" on Monday 20th Sept!


BRAND NEW REFERRALS SCHEME!

It is important to keep fresh interest in our classes, especially as I'm building the business back up! On your TeamUp account, you have a referral code, which if passed on to complete newbies who then sign up and come to a class, will deposit £8 onto your TeamUp account! You can use this to book your own class, or use as part payment for a membership. Make sure your friend uses your code when they sign up and THEY ALSO GET A FREE CLASS!

There's no limit to the amount of times you can get paid for a referral - and thank you for introducing new people to our Live and Online classes ...remember that anyone, anywhere can join us Online!
