Fitness is not just about getting fit!


Being fit might be the end goal ...but it's the journey which keeps you going, and ultimately gets you there!


Fitness has to be enjoyable! In my experience, people respond to different methods:

  • Being pushed to their limits and beyond. (SWEAT., Cross Training, Box Fit, HIIT, Hi/Lo)

  • Finding their own lane and gaining confidence as they learn how to adapt or perform certain exercises to the best of their ability. (Body/ Barre Conditioning, Total Body, Pilates, Yoga, Pump)

  • Coming along to a class and enjoying the fun element to the point where they forget that they are in a fitness class! (Zumba, Bollywood Zumba, Line Dancing, Box Fit)


As you can see, we do have all angles covered - both online and in group.


We bring the right vibes to each class you choose to attend - and give OUR all as instructors, because we respect that you are on your own personal journey - however you choose to travel!



DANCE BECAUSE NOBODY'S WATCHING

Our FREE dance event returns on Sunday March 2nd, rescheduled for 4pm due to a new morning club at the school. Always great fun, lots of friendly chat and simple enjoyment.

Everyone is welcome, and it won't cost you a penny. 🤗
