We are back on full throttle with the schedule for January ...which includes some experimental time slots - eg the second Box Fit session on a Monday, Strength & Stretch with Tracey on Tuesday mornings, and the HIIT session at 9am on a Saturday ... if these classes suit you, please do support (re jig is in Feb! šŸ˜‰)
