I'm currently canvassing my Early Morning workout regulars, as to whether a slightly earlier start time would suit. I'm proposing a 6.30am start time, meaning your online class would finish at 7.05am - leaving time to jump in the shower and channel that golden glow of energy into the rest of your day!
