🎥 DID YOU KNOW....? We now have one off video rental available on the BSport booking platform? You can select anything from a Yoga to a beasting!!! Rental is for 30 days and will cost one of your class passes (all are valid). If you have a Group Unlimited pass, then it comes as part of your monthly package. Simply click into Video On Demand from your dashboard menu!
For unlimited access to a library stuffed full of workout videos, you have the bargain £11.75 per month Flin's On Demand app - updated weekly with everything that we offer online.

💃🏽🕺🏻 Dance Because Nobody's Watching - our FREE bi-monthly event, is BACK! June10th, 12pm at Tubbenden. All welcome - please share with anyone you feel would enjoy losing themselves in the fun, banter and music, for a class on us at Flin's.
🕺🏻🧘🏻♀️Official LAUNCH event! - Our new Thursday morning classes become official! Celebrating the launch, we have another FREE event on Thursday 22nd May - either class is available for booking for free: Barre Flow at 9.30am and Bollywood Dance at 10.30am.
