Barre, Boost, Boot Camp, Bongggg!



Hi Guys ...Happy Holiday weekend!


Let's get straight into it:


BARRE:

Coming this Wednesday at 10am - Barre Pilates Conditioning - A strength and stretch Pilates based session, using the barre to maximise movement, adding resistance and aiding balance for the more challenging exercises. Only ONE place left, book here, or join the waitlist.


BOOST:

Step Boost on a Wednesday morning at Westcombe Park ...first group session on April 3rd at 9.30am, book here. A non stop 30 minute group class session, designed to maximise your efforts to hit your daily steps goal! Aiming to hit 2 - 3K steps and beyond! Fun, fast, low impact, great music!


Our new online Step Boost class on Thursday went brilliantly with Lauren - the guys online hit 3K steps in a 28 minute session, bodyweight only! The feedback was fabulous: "Loved it!" "Really, really good" "Really enjoyed that!" Thursday at 7.30am, get your steps done before you even leave the house! GREAT for you if you aim to hit a step target each day, but also brilliant if you want a low impact, high energy and super quick fitness blast! Book here


BOOT CAMP:

As always, we have the Bank Holiday Bootie at 10am, Easter Monday. At Tubbenden, inside if wet and outside if not. We throw the kit around and generally have a fun and sweaty session to reset after the Easter weekend. There are 10 places left but they do get booked up, so do it now while you remember! BONGGGG!

Tracey returns with the beautiful crystal sound bowls, for our next Stretch & Sound event, on Friday 5th April, 7pm at Tubbenden, book here


OTHER NEWS!

🚹 Hall swap on Tuesdays! Cheryl will now be in the MAIN hall at Tubbenden at 6pm for Stretch Pilates, with Carrie's Total Body + Stretch moving upstairs, at the later time of 6.45pm.

🚹 New time for Tuesday's Zumba: 7pm in the Main Hall at Tubbs, following Stretch Pilates.
