BIG news, plus TWO FREE EVENTS this week! Where do I start?!
Ok, I'm excited, so the BIG news first!
The Pod @flinsfitness opens on March 29th, for outdoor classes at Westcombe Park!
Our new scaffold shelter / shade for the Spring Summer season is being erected this week, ready to start our outdoor morning class schedule from Monday 29th March, in accordance with government rules.
Our evening classes will commence at Tubbenden - out on the playground as before... Saturday will be at Tubbenden for now, but we will see how it all unfolds after Easter!
Very excited that covid safe outdoor face2face sessions will be starting soon, alongside our brilliant online schedule.
I'm working on some class bundles and money saving options for the Live class fans, so please look out for those soon!

On March 23rd, it's been a whole YEAR since we started our Zoom online class timetable!
A massive 1,470 online classes later ...... here's an Anniversary Celebration Masterclass, absolutely FREE! I have 49 places left so please do hop in on Tuesday March 23rd at 6pm to enjoy a taste of several different workouts, with me, crammed into a 50 minute fun session!
I want to say a massive THANK YOU to you all for your amazing support and all round wonderfulness over the last year of Online ...it was tough at the start, but we all love it now! It fits perfectly into a mixed schedule of something to suit everyone 💜
