Trial Classes Incoming!

Welcome back after the break!


My first Wednesday morning covering for Rosie went well - two new classes dropped into this slot to gauge interest. So far so good, with favourable responses and some tweaking to be done for this week!

BARRE:

So Wednesday at 10am - Barre Pilates Conditioning - A strength and stretch Pilates based session, using the barre to maximise movement, adding resistance and aiding balance for the more challenging exercises. Book here


BOOST:

Step Boost was so much fun! A kind of low impact aerobic mash up with some basic stepping intervals, with great music! Wednesday at 9.25am, Book here for a non stop 30 minute group class session, designed to maximise your efforts to hit your daily steps goal! Last week we hit 3K steps in just 30 minutes! 


The Online Step Boost crew also hit 3,500 steps!!! Thursday morning early at 7.30am - get it done for the day! Book here


DANCE BECAUSE NOBODY'S WATCHING:


It's that time again! Our FREE event is on Sunday 7th at 11am - come and join us in a 50 minute fun session, feel the joy of learning a dance from scratch. NO DANCE EXPERTISE required! 😬

We won it in 2019, but I’ve scoped out the competition for this year 🧐 and they are GOOD, with strong followings! We are really going to need your votes to win!
