A very late blog this weekend - it was my little Rosie's 21st celebration ...yes, MORE haha ...she is seeing in "proper" adulthood in style ...we've had a full weekend with family followed by her friends all hosted at home 🄓🄳 Hence admin day today!


So, school holidays are here, hence a very slightly reduced morning schedule. Mine and Lauren's morning sessions are being replaced with a Family Boot Camp course:


šŸš¶ā€ā™€ļøšŸƒšŸ½ā€ā™€ļø8 sessions available, Monday & Thursday at 11am until 11.45am

šŸ’· Ā£48 for the full course, half course is 4 sessions for Ā£24

šŸ˜… Parents can join in - a workout for everyone!

šŸ“† Dates: Monday 2nd August until Thursday 26th August
