Changes To The Newsletter 👩🏻‍💻


Hello, I hope you're having a great weekend so far - it's chilly but at least it's not raining! If you enjoy getting my updates and the weekly schedule, I've decided to minimise your inbox traffic from me, by sending this newsletter out from my website blog. I do realise that some of you are receiving the same news twice, which is irritating! I will maybe send a monthly Mailchimp newsletter, to check in, but generally it will all come weekly via the blog (see above!) "How do I stay in touch Fran?" (I hear you say ....)

  • Go to my website www.flinsfitness.co.uk

  • Click "Log In" top right, request to become a site member

  • Approval will be within an hour usually (it pings on my phone!)

  • Job done! Your weekly schedule will come to you ONCE, via a blog notification!

This week will be the last week I use this distribution list for a while.
