So this hashtag is on all my socials posts for good reason.... every workout we do, be it online or face2face, can be UPscaled (heavier weights / taking the high impact options etc), or dropped down in intensity for less fit people - you can use equipment, or do the workouts equipment free at the start of your fitness journey 🤷🏻‍♀️


We are still running Back2Basics face2face and online, whilst also offering the tougher classes like HIIT & Boot Camp. Give anything a try - we are all skilled enough instructors to give you any options or alternatives you need, to enjoy the session and get the maximum benefit for YOU!

Our newest offering online is Intense Conditioning: Wed at 9.45am / Thurs 6pm. For this class we will usually have the glute-y bands and dumbbells, however this is a classic example of a class that will be doable for the less strong and fit, WITHOUT having the band and maybe using lighter weights.

As always, I like to remind you about our brilliant On Demand service - 650 workouts, from Pilates, to HIIT and everything in between, for £7.75 a MONTH! Do your workouts to suit you, in your own space and in your own time - and in your gym gear with the holes in it .... !!! You know the score 😂
