🏆 In Case You Missed The News...

The Flin's team have been announced as the BEST FITNESS INSTRUCTOR(s) in KENT!

This was solely thanks to your votes and for CARING about our community enough to take the time and trouble to lift us over the finish line!

As some of you might remember, I won this award in 2019! Fast forward 5 years: the community is a little different - lots of new people coming which we love! My business is different, with the advent of online and On Demand, and more casual attendees from gyms goers ... however, the instructor TEAM is the same, pretty much.

This time around, I wanted to make sure that everyone knew how important this team is to the success of Flin's Fitness - so it really was a vote for all of us!

The experience, the knowledge, the creativity - the actual "give a sh**"! This is what makes our classes truly excellent - and why you keep coming back - you know there is always a welcome for you, no matter how little or how often you come!


Back to full strength from next week, the class schedule is looking slightly different - here's a quick overview:

YOGA! Of course! Rosie will be taking an online "Sunrise Yoga" at 7.15am, from next Monday 13th - all welcome, just register on the app or TeamUp. Book here

YOGA FLOW - new group class with Rosie, on Thursdays, commencing this week, 9th May, at 7pm in the Small hall at Tubbenden. Book here

To enable people to be able to do both the Step Hiit 40 minute blast, followed by the new Yoga Flow class, I will be taking over the Step Hiit class and it will be starting at 6.15pm again, from this Thursday. I just want to make sure this works for people before moving the start time of the Zumba ...but I'm looking at starting this at 7pm soon.

We have a BANK HOLIDAY Yoga Flow, with Jules at Tubbenden, following Boot Camp, at 10.30am. Book here

Wednesday mornings - the fun and low impact Step Boost class will remain with me (3K steps achieved in just 30 mins!), but we will now start at 9.10am, enabling the Barre Conditioning with Rosie to start a bit earlier at 9.45am until 10.30am.


Weekend after next, a couple of Saturday special masterclasses with Rosie: Introduction to Yoga - leading on to a bookable course if there is demand for a Saturday regular session!

Also the first Lunchtime Pilates session was popular, so once I have returned from a mini break next weekend, this will be a regular slot at 12.40pm on a Friday, from May 17th.

Is that an award winning schedule or what???? 😃
