I'm running another pre-xmas Energise course, due to popular demand! It's NOT a diet plan. It IS a support group and guided program, to help you rein in excess and reboot your exercise habits! You will more than likely lose some body fat, but you definitely WILL feel better in yourself - healthier, fitter, toned and energised!
