Bank Holiday weekend! Woohoo!
There are still a few places left on the monster Boot Camp at Tubbenden at 10 - see you there, or online, or at class later in the week!
Watch out for the variations on the Online schedule - I've just finished the HUGE task of loading up 8 weeks worth of classes - hope the different formats challenge and interest you!
Rebranding:
A couple of classes were the same, with different titles, so I've standardised them - Total Body Lite + Pilates & Back2Basics + Pilates are both now called "Fitness Essentials" ... low impact aerobics, some weights or bands resistance work, plus some stretch & core Pilates work. Wednesday 6.30pm with Jules and Friday 10.30am with Emma.
The Boot Camps, Hiits & Cardio Core Conditioning, are all examples of Cross Training - AND, sorry to mention this, but the weather will soon be turning and Boot Camp is defo more an outdoor vibe! As we head indoors more often, Cross Training means any type of training format and various equipment ...exactly what we do now!
Mondays at 9.30am with Lauren, and both the term time Saturday morning sessions will now be called Cross Training.

Aerobathon Updates:
👚🏋🏻♀️ DO YOU HAVE any barely worn fitness gear, or equipment, that you can donate for our event? We think lots of people have bought stuff that they just haven't worn or used much, for whatever reason! Someone ELSE would happily pay a few quid? And BLG Mind will benefit from your generosity 😊 Please message me, and we can arrange pick up, or drop off at one of the classes.
🎁 The list of raffle prizes is up! Look on the Just Giving page or the website, where it has just been posted. You can now buy raffle tickets at class, or by donating to the fundraising page, stating how many tickets you would like ... a £1 each!
